So..shall i wait for the upcoming ryzen cpus with the 7nm technology and buy the also new motherboard or just buy now.BTW i want it to last up to 6-7 years..

If you get a decent x470 motherboard, fast DDR4 RAM and good GPU you can get away with lets say 2600x or 2700x and later on switch to 3rd gen Ryzen but that also depends on what you have now and if that's worth using another few month.
