I want to upgrade parts, what part here is restricting me from gaming...

PC isn't doing too great anymore not performing very well on bigger title games but im not sure what to change, for now i can only change either graphics card or processor, but it would be nice to have recommendations anyway, i have a budget of about 300, but i probably want to keep that lower than 250 really.(for either card or proccesor)
processor: intel pentium G860
Graphics card: radeon 7700
4GB of ram
I can imagine im going to be told to get more ram but i expected that, what should i focus on getting more a new card or processor, and what should i upgrade too

Biggest upgrade would likely be that graphics card. The Radeon HD 7700 isn't a bad card, but newer cards are so much more powerful compared to it. I just recently swapped out the 2 7770's I had in my desktop for a Radeon R9 380 for about $200.

thanks a lot for that, i just really wasn't sure what was the part that was making me slow down because i'm guessing its getting slower as more games come out if that makes sense, but that's really helpful, do you think i should get some more RAM too??

More RAM certainly wouldn't hurt. Processor probably could use an upgrade as well, but I'd make it a low priority upgrade for now.
