i want to upgrade to a decent gpu & cpu on my foxconn 2a8c motherboard HP PC

as i said in the title i really really want to upgrade my pc parts without paying so much money,
i have limited budget that can support only a gpu & cpu i was looking for supported parts online and i didn't find.
My suggetion: can i put quad core intel cpu & gt1030 or gt730 are they gonna be compatible with my motherboard ?

here's my specs:

motherboard: foxconn 2a8c
My power Supply: HP HP-D3006A0 300 Watt
My PC Case: hp 500b mt
------------------------------------------------------
my current PC specs are:
Dual Core E5800 3.20Ghz
6GB ram DDR3
GPU: GT520 2Gb v/ram

Intel Core 2 Quad with a max of 95 watts look to be good. The official CPU listing for that motherboard looks to be broken, link does not work.

GT 730 GDDR5 would be a good cheap upgrade. The 1030 may not work due to older BIOS.

GT 710 would be a waste of money to get over what you have now. If you can't get a 730 GDDR 5 version, I would just use your GT 520 for a while till you can replace the computer with a newer one that can run a newer card. Issue with a 1030 or anything new is that they don't always work on older motherboards.
