i want to use my usb wlan adapter as a wifi hotspot to use monect host and other application to connect android mobile my usb adpter is a iball baton 300m mimo please give me some advice

To my knowledge you cannot use a WiFi USB adapter to produce a WiFi signal. You would need to have a wireless router to send it's WiFi signal to both your desktop and you android powered device.
