as far as what i think about the case?

pro
-comes preinstalled with 7 120mm fans (though not sure of quality, airflow or noise)
-has many fan slots
-is a full tower with lots of space (but remember full towers may need psu cable extenders)
-no side window (you dont need to worry about matching internals)
-looks to have space behind the motherboard tray for wire management (but no rubber grommets!!!!)

con
-no support for...

con
-no support for 140mm fans which are becoming more common (quieter for the same airflow)
-looks to have lots of plastic and cheap metal mesh. this is how cooler master and antec like to build cases and it really makes it look and feel very shoddy although it does technically work. personally i like more metal (out of your suggested budget but the 750d for $130 is very nice)
-green fans are going to be almost impossible to match if you wanted to replace them. green also doesnt match most internal components. red or blue highlights are easier to match (if you care about aesthetics)
-no side window (i like looking at my matched internals)
-sometimes cheap cases may not have perfect alignment for components, have faulty fan controllers and other such issues. hard to say without many reviews though.

my general opinion after building in a plethora of cases for various builds?

a bit gaudy for my tastes and definitely has some cons but from a price to performance standpoint its not bad. i've built in both worse and better. if this is all you can afford it provides lots of fans for the money though i do recommend at least taking a look at some of the others i listed. i will say that building with cases in the $100-130 range is a definite improvement though.
