It looks decent however I would change the mobo. Also the PSU seems odd. I would need to know the make and model. Likely if it is not saying it is cheap and incredibly unreliable as wattage means nothing compared to brand and model.

1.Yes, the intel i5 processor is the best value processor for gaming.
2.The gtx 970 will run all modern PC games at very good fps
3.The power supply wattage allows you to upgrade the components of the PC in the future
4.Ripjaws ram is very good
5.The motherboard and processor are both overclockable

No. It is a low quality unit. Very budget end and not for gaming systems. A EVGA GS or XFX TS or XFX Core are all good and the cheapest ones you would want to go.
