Not much of what you are saying is making sense.

Are you saying that you have no video driver and sound driver
Working with the windows xp operating system.

For the sound first of all you need to know what sound chip set the motherboard is using.

You will need to find the brand name of the motherboard and its model number.

This can be done by clicking on start, and in the search box provided.
Type : Sys info.


Once that loads it will present a list of all the hardware.
in the list it will label the board model number and it`s brand name.

From there type all of that information into a search engine.

Example: Asus M2N-SLI extreme, windows xp sound drivers.

click on a link to the maker of the boards website where you will find the drivers for the board in the support section of there web page.

Download and install the driver set.
