I would just like to get as much out of my PC as possible.

I have an AMD a4 6300, 4 GB @ 1600 MHz (registers as 3.21 usable), and a basic 2008 16 MB cache 7200 rpm HDD. I just want to get as much fps as possible while playing my games, I've disabled all animations, and installed the latest driver. Does any body have any suggestions for getting more fps?

Other than lowering settings even more, better hardware is your only real option.

You could get used GPU. Make sure it can be powered off of the PCIe bus, i.e. no power supply connectors are needed. Don't spend more than $40-$50. It's not worth putting more money into this old rig.
