Your build looks reasonable.
The psu has a 10 year warranty.
wattage is fine.
I do not know the reason above to avoid it.
Other good alternatives will be Seasonic focus/prime and corsair rm.

like i stated,
IF it is from their Neo Eco series they have always been lower quality.
from medium quality at their highest, to totally unreliable for heavier processing at their worst.

if this is some other series, or this series has been updated with better build quality, then Antec has made a good change in the right direction.
