I would like to ask can dead GPU make problem to my mobo?

I am willing to try en210 ASUS addition on my pc but I think it's dead cause when I start my 2nd PC on screen shows only black color so some guys says that the mobo is the problem cause when I start the PC I can't here any soun like beeping like every normal mobo so guys?
