Question i3 12100 vs Ryzen 5600

hello guys........
I am planning to build a casual budget gaming system with a very tight budget and a gpu nothing over a used Rtx 3070 or rtx 3080 and windows 11,which one will be a better build with the ryzen build about $16 extra
Intel system-

Motherboard:MSI PRO H610M-E DDR4
Ram:G.SKILL 8GBX2 DDR4 - 3200MHZ RIPJAWS V SERIES MEMORY
Amd system-
Processor:Ryzen 5 5600
Motherboard: GIGABYTE A520M K V2 MOTHERBOARD
Ram:G.SKILL 8GBX2 DDR4 - 3200MHZ RIPJAWS V SERIES MEMORY
