Motherboard uses cpu socket, so cpu can be upgraded.
TDP of i3 3110m and i5 3230m is 35W, so cooling also wouldn't be an issue.

I' d say - go for it. But don't expect too much of performance improvement. Those both are 2core/4thread cpus. Difference is in operating frequency only.

The problem is that i really don't know what currently is available in turkey to buy on cpu side, so i cannot make an good suggestion on other cpu's to buy.

the prices can be different to each other and will cause headaches :/
