If you are planing to buy 3rd generation of Intel processors, i recommend you to get second hand i5 3450. It's very cheap at the moment but u might be having some problems in finding LGA 1155 motherboard.

I am from Pakistan. And I am going to purchase a new CPU not a new processor.

CPU = Processor. If you are planing on buying new processor than you should go for Ryzen processors. They are better than 90% of any i5 processor.

It's hard for me to belive that there are still new PC's that are built with 3rd generation. What is ur budget? Sometimes, it's better to build PC than to buy it.
