i3 4005 + gt820m vs pentium 3558u + gt840m

i3 4005u (2 cores 4 threads, 3mb cache) + gt820m 1gb
pentium 3558u (2 cores 2 threads, 2mb cache) + gt840m 2gb

4 gigs of ram, both cpus are 1.7 ghz

For gaming the gt840m laptop will excel . But if u you dont game and do processor intensive tasks like video encoding then i3 variant would be better. The gt 820m is just a marketing gimmick gfx and performs like an integrated Itnel hd graphics.
