i3 4160 Temperatures okay?

Hi, I have an i3 4160 installed in my PC i built a few months ago. I am running a Minecraft Server but when i play at the same time as hosting it, my CPU usage goes up to about 80% at maximum and it hits about 50 degrees maximum. Not i am using the stock Intel cooler. Are these temps okay? And should minecraft be using up this much of my CPU power? Thanks.
Also i was thinking of getting a cooler master hyper 212X to help with the temperatures. Here in Australia they are about $45. Are there any better coolers in the same price range? Thanks :)

Solution
Yeah don't be surprised, when your CPU is put under load it will get quite warm.
Anything under 80c and you should be okay, it's only when you go 90+ and into the low 100s do you then have to worry about your PC overheating and dying. 50c is a perfectly normal temp for a CPU to be running at when @ 80% capacity.

Yeah Coolermaster make decent CPU coolers and that's probably the best you're going to get around that price range.
If you want to spend a few more dollars,

celtic_warrior99,

Here's the normal operating range for Core temperature:

80C Hot (100% Load)
75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)

Your Core temperatures are fine.

Your highest temperatures will occur when running test utilities. Temperatures are typically lower during real-world everyday workloads such as processor intensive applications or gaming.

As your i3 4160 is a Dual Core with Hyperthreading, 80% usage is expected.
