i3 4170 with GTX 950 ?

Hi. I m planning to buy a new PC and i don t know if i3 4170 with GTX 950 ( 8Gb RAM)will be good way ? I don t know if i ll be able to run-for example- GTA V in med or med to low, med to high settings in 60( or near around 60) FPS. Thanks for answers

GTX 950 will run GTA 5 at low-medium settings at 1080p and smoothly.
