Hi, I see nice rewiews of i3 6100, but it needs z170 board, and higher mhz of ram. Also it's dual core, so how it runs with core intensive games? What gaming settings i can reach, and how it runs in future? Maybe go with i5, or i7 2nd, 3rd, or 4th gen cpus?

You can try going for last gen i5 or i7 that's usually cheaper and sometimes better in games. As for game quality settings, it also depends on your graphics card.
If you're on a budget you should also consider AMD. Their quad core processor goes as low as $90

I would say, go with the last gen i5/i7. Skylake isnt much faster than its older generations and an i5 4th will indeed be better than a i3 6th gen

I have two rigs in my house, 1 with a 6100 and a gtx 960 and another with a 6700k and a 970. For a lot of games when I'm gaming in 1080p i cant tell much a difference between both rigs. Only game where i can see a substantial difference between both rigs is in the Witcher 3 and far cry primal. I guess it would depend on what games you're gonna be playing but my little rig with the i3 6100 and the gtx960 runs like a champ for being a budget build. If youre looking at the i3 6100 im willing to bet thats where you would be comfortable at budget wise, so id say go for it.
