Hello!
I just upgraded to a GTX 1070 Ti, and I'm only getting 50FPS on CS:GO on low settings.
I tried out a friend's 1050 with my i3-6100 and I got 150FPS on CS:GO, and it utilized about 80% of my CPU with a 40% to 50% GPU utilization.
However, when I use my 1070 Ti, it only uses about 60% CPU and stays around 50 degrees Celsius and uses about 15% to 20% GPU.
I got a 20000 Sky Diver score in 3DMark with the 1070 Ti, and a 14000 score with the 1050 - the physics score stayed at around 5000-6000 for both tests and the graphics score for the 1070 Ti was at 50000 and the 1050 it was 22000.
Does anyone know of a solution or more things I can try?
