I3 6100 + Gtx 1060 vs I5 6400 + Gtx 1050ti Only for Gaming and entertainment purpose

I'm going to Build a Gaming Pc.

My other parts are final.

WP500P Antec Psu
1TB of WD Blue HDD
A 22'FullHD Display
1x8GB Corsair Vengeance of Ram of 2133MHz frequency
A Gigabyte/Asus H110M-S2 Mobo
And a Corsaid SPEC 01 Red Case to hold it all.

So i3 6100 + GTX 1060*

I've read people saying it limits the gpu and also does limits games like GTA 5.
I really want the 1060 but is i3 atleast going to help me for 2 Years?
I'll upgrade my PC after minimum of 1.5-2 Years.

CPU+MOBO upgrade or GPU upgrade are two different things in the future that I'll have to face.

If I buy 1060(18000INR) I'll have to spend 15K(approx for an i5 in future) + Mobo(5000INR).

Hi, if budget permits best CPU + best graphics-card is the way to go, but it often doesn't. So you go with better CPU + best GPU instead as GPU is the commanding factor in gaming. Every build is bottle-necked by something or other; what you need is the best possible return of your money. If you want future-proof, go for a i5-7500 (or -6500, if found cheaper) as the 6400 is capped at pretty low clock-speed. Otherwise that i3 is pretty good for gaming.

Yep it's a GTX 1060 3GB Asus Dual.

You sure that would be good for Gaming for the next 2 years?

You sure? I mean consider the fact that I'll upgrade this PC after a min of 1.5 years.
Should be able to handle my heavy gaming and light entertainment purposes.

Essentially, both your choices are imperfect. You want to match CPU with GPU to get best performance per dolar spent. So, you would either want 6100+1050 ti as cheaper option or 6400+1060 6Gb as better option. Otherwise you create imbalance where either CPU or GPU will bottleneck.
Another factor to consider is the fact that 1060 3Gb is not that great at all. In some games it performs no better then 1050 ti. You would probably be better served by rx 480 4Gb instead.
So in the end it's all down to the games you play. If you play CPU-heavy games (BF1 for example), 6400+1050 ti combo would be better. For a GPU-heavy games, 6100+rx 480 4Gb would be better. And if you can scrap a little bit extra, 6400+rx 480 4Gb combo should make you happy, at least for now. My crystal ball got broken, so won't tell anything about next 2 years, though :)

pc components pricing in my country is very very poor.
The 1060 3GB Asus Dual costs 18k and 480 costs 28K.
I can buy a I5 and a ssd with that difference.

My only choices are i3,i5,1050ti,10603gb

every gamer from my country wishes to see that price(without all the taxes) I was actually wrong.
The price is 20K and not 26k,28k.

But as I said it's 1060 3gb the max I can do.Please bear with me.

If I was in your position, I would choose i5-6400 and 1050 ti. If GPU falls short on any game, you can still get better FPS by downgrading quality settings. However if CPU falls short, you can do nothing to get better FPS. That's why I prioritize CPU over GPU.

But don't you think the i3 isn't so bad? I mean it bottlenecks while CPU intensive games but can't they be overcome by using a lower setting?

6100 was not bad. The problem is, look at this: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/hV7CmG,8gKhP6/
The new KabyLake Pentium is almost half in price, while ALMOST as fast as 6100. The only problem with it is that old motherboards (like the one you selected) need BIOS upgrade to run it, and that can't be done without SkyLake CPU. But overall it makes 6100 not worth the money.

I've decided I'll rather buy a gtx 1050ti than bottleneck my 1060.
I'll save money and get i5 6400+gtx 10603GB as I can't really do 480.

What about the other parts...looks okay?
