I3-6100 Vs Twitch streaming csgo

Hello, I'm currently looking into buying a pc and have configured a parts list that in total will cost me $500 and I was wondering would a I3-6100 be able to live stream CSGO?

Basically anything can live-stream csgo, it's a decade old game. The i3 6100 most definitely will, especially if you throw in a 750ti with shadowplay
