Question i3 6th Gen or i5 4th Gen

Hi. I am learning after effects and premiere pro. Which desktop shall I prefer to buy. i3 6th gen or i5 4th gen.

Well it depends on which I3 and I5. Without being specific, it's very much like comparing an apple to an orange.
