i3 and ssd or i5 and hdd?

Next week im gonna build my first pc, and I need a litle help. What is best an i3 4150 with a ssd or a i5 4460 with a hdd. Mostly I am gonna play games on my pc (league of legends and witcher 3) but im gonna other stuff too. I will be very thankful if you can answer my question. Here is my other components.

gpu: asus strix gtx 960
psu: coolermaster b500 v2 500w
mobo: not decided yet. maby asus Z87-A or a Asus B85M-G
storage: you decide
case: corsair spec 01
memmory: 8gb crucial ballistix
cpu: you decide

if u like ur system to be fast over all .. then i3&ssd

a i5 and a hdd of course. you cant really take the advantage of 10 seconds in startup.
also, the i3 sucks at anything multithreaded besides having hyperthreading.

ssd will be faster in everything(almost all).. just tell me your budget .. we will try to find the best combo..

I have already ordered my gpu and psu so the I have about 4400 swdish kronor (approx 440 dollars) left without windows.

the hdd will be slow by maximum 10 seconds than the ssd. the i5 is the one to choose.
