Hi guys:) I am a WoW player and need a new computer. I can not build my own computer because for one, I have no clue how to, and two, shipping, etc is just too much. Please do not post saying I should build my own because it is simply not an option and I would really like help with deciding which of the prebuilt pcs is better. I also like the warranties given with the prebuilts.

Anyways, an i5- 2320 and an i5-2600. I heard there is virtually no difference besides the hyperthreading in the 2600 which comes in virtually no use in gaming.

here are the computers I was checkin out.

Which computer would you guys suggest. I could always upgrade and what not, but like I said -- this PC is for gaming purposes and I need something that is going to not keep freezing up and lagging in games on high-ultra graphics. Thanks!!

not to start a "debate" all over; but i just looked again and saw it is a 550ti on both those machines; sorry i thought i read 560ti.

the 550ti, which i have really isn't all that for gaming. most games rely on the gpu than the cpu except at low resolutions. it would be better if you found something better than a 550ti for great gaming. :)

EDIT: nevermind, just saw your last comment, way to go!

I agree.
Here are cards that I would recommend:
- GTX560/GTX560Ti
- GTX6850/GTX6870

If the card is different, try googling for benchmarks of the card and see how it compares in a chart to the above cards.

Any better and the system is likely to be expensive, but any worse and the gaming experience won't be as enjoyable.

I thanks to all those that commented on this thread it has some really nice info and has given me some food for thought.

I was looking at the Dells X51 ( really not up for building a PC )

The reason I like this is my PC goes in the living room and its a nice compact size.

I also wanted to keep the budget down and reading the comments above, I'm kind of settled on the i5-2320.

However it only comes with the GTX555, do you really think this is enough for gaming? I have looked at the benchmarks and it doesn't look that much worse than a GTX560 u recommend, but I'm no expert in the number.

Any comments? ( other than dont buy dell and build your own 😀 lol )

Cheers Rob
