Grammar please! Wall of text is a bit hard to read and understand.

As I understand it:

1)You have an HP 8200 Elite with i5 2500.
2) It developed a problem, not booting and beeping 4 times at startup instead.
3) You replaced everything in the PC with other 5 year old hardware, and it's still not working.
4) The CPU works in another HP motherboard, but neither of the ones you bought.
5) You've tried an i3 in your 3 motherboards and they all boot, but your i5 will not boot in them.
6) Your same RAM and power supply also work with the i3 in your same motherboard.

Yes, that does seem confusing. You seem to have isolated every component, and they all work individually, but never together.

I would try assembling with one of your motherboards and a known-working power supply, outside of a case, using integrated graphics. Try several sticks of RAM. If it does not work, try with another motherboard.

Yes exactely but why the ram seem to be fine with an i3 in both motherboard. The psu can run the both mobos the i5 2500 is working in hp like the one i used to have and the ram used to work with my old hp with the seem cpu the only thing i changed is the motherboard and the psu . i have a theory could it be the bios problem
