What is a good mark for i5 3470 in intel extreme tuning utility?

My cpu got: 663 marks

It's a utility, not a benchmark.

Try majorgeeks or something, they have a selection of free benchmarks to download. Look for ones that you see in reviews ect and you'll be able to easily compare results. It's not recommended to run "intel burn test" with stock cooling though. Google how to benchmark my CPU or GPU if you can't figure it out on your own.
