I5-3470 or FX 6200

Hi, I'm selecting the parts for my pc build and I'm stuck on deciding if I should get the I5-3470 3.2 GHz quad core or the FX 6200 3.8 GHz with 6 core.
I know intel makes better cpu then amd but is the I5-3470 better then the Fx 6200? If you can please explain to me why it's better/worse, I'm really interested. Thanks

i5 will be better in some test the i3 and 6xxx performe the same i would go with i5 u have better options to upgrade in future
