The CPU will not bottleneck the GPU, but it's certainly going to be tight considering your case can atmost support cards upto 316mm long and G1 is around 312mm IIRC.

i think i going to upgrade my case and psu will corsair 300r window edtion and cooler master gx ii 650w is a good choice

Case is a good choice, PSU is not. The GX is low quality. A XFX 550W or SeaSonic 520W or Antec 520W will be much better quality wise while having plenty wattage for the build.

I'd go with D3H, it has more RAM slots and better VRMs. Use dual channel sticks, it increases overall performance.

VRMs convert Voltage coming from PSU to much smaller units and supply it to CPU using Power phases. The thermals on VRMs make sure they don't get too hot (making the system unstable). H97M is not bad, but D3H is just better. And mATX or ATX, both versions are just as good.

Amazing board for the price, you can SLI down the road w/o having to change your MoBo. VRMs are better than any H series boards as it supports Overclocking (not on your specific CPU though, only 'K' series).
