i5 4460 or i5 7600 help!

Hey Guys! I have decided to upgrade my cpu and i thought an i5 4460 or i5 7600 would be good for me i have currently an i3 and i play heavy games like gta v and i do get laggs in my game and a couple of people told me thats about my i3 and i own 1333mhz of 8gb ram and a gtx 750 ti 2gb graphics card Asus h81m-k motherboard so i currently use my pc for daily gaming and daily video editing so what about if i would choose an i5 4460 and a gtx 1060 graphics card i heard thats a good pare and i dont know should i change my ram to 1600 mhz? And also my psu i dont exactly know which one is it but it has got 500w i got around 500euros to spend for my pc and later when i do get better internet connection i would livestream also!

If video editing accounts for a large chunk of what you do on a regular basis, you may want to consider AMD's R5-1600, a B350 motherboard and DDR4 RAM instead. (You would need DDR4 for the i5-7600 too.)

Well, Anyways getting a generation higher cpu would have to buy a new motherboard, but primarly I would recommend i7 7700K, Not standartd, So if something you could easily resell it. But if you have limits on money, just go for i5 7600 and get DDR4 2400 Mhz. Good Luck!

The best value is probably an i7 4790/k in your existing board, unless you need some features only found in a new platform. Next best would be an i5 4690. The 7xxx chips are only a few percent faster, and Ryzen has similar performance per clock with lower clockspeed, though you get more cores.
