Ok guys. I can't test these systems, thats why i'm asking you.
I can take i5 4460 with 16gb DDR3 or i5 6600k with 8gb DDR4. And i can take one of these GPUs: R9 380 4gb and 1060 3gb.
Maybe at the end of 4-6 month i can buy 8 or 16gb DDR4 memory. But now i need more productive system.
What shall i take for premiere pro?

Solution
Skylake wasn't a very big jump over Haswell/Broadwell. Clock for clock you're probably only looking at 5% speed increase. Most of your improved performance would come from the higher clock speed of the 6600k.

The render stage in video editing is one of the few tasks which can make good use of hyperthreading. So instead of spending extra for a i5-6600k, you may want to consider spending the extra money on an i7.
