i5-4570 Intel HD Graphics 4600 runs WoW WoD smoothly?

Hello everybody,
I was just wondering if i5-4570 Intel HD Graphics 4600 can run WoW WoD smoothly since they bumped up the graphics a bit?
Been doing research on the web and I can't find out if the Intel HD Graphics 4600 alone takes care of the job for now. Not expecting high-ultra at the moment but later on I will upgrade with a GPU when the income lets me.

If someone can help me with details I would appreciate it.

Hi Shaylaw , on medium-high settings will work many games on Intel HD Graphics, but don`t think about high and ultra with integrated graphics.
