i5 4590 idle temperature

Hello, I'm having an idle temp of 35-40 on my 4590 with a stock fan and will purchase a Cooler Master Hyper T4 this week, would that help a lot?

Friend said it was pretty high.. and be a lot lower if I buy that cooler, how big will the difference be?

It's not high at all. Usually the stock cooler may hit 70 which is still perfectly fine. When you start getting to 80, there maybe something wrong. A new cooler may get it down to 50-55.
