i5 4670K or i5 3570K

The performance difference between Ivy Bridge CPUs and Haswell CPU is on average 6%. That is assuming the same number of cores and the same frequency.

If you feel that the i5-3570k is low enough to give up that 6% performance difference then go for it. Generally speaking, if this is for a gaming rig, then a 6% difference in CPU performance will be pretty negligible.

Since OP links to Intel's site, and not a reseller like Newegg or Amazon, I would assume he's asking for the technically superior CPU.

Excluding the Intel HD 4600 graphics core, a Haswell generation CPU is technically 6% superior to an Ivy Bridge CPU.

if you are building a new pc i would go with a 4670k
if you are looking to upgrade, i would just keep the 3570k due to similar performance
if you can wait until the end of the year broadwell will be coming out and is supposed to be a true performance upgrade but will most likely be on a new socket as well.

Waiting till the end is no option, i now have a realy bad cpu: I5 650 DUAL CORE
So i cant realy multitask with it so.
Thank you anyway

then i would go with the 4670k the cpu difference is minimal but the z87 chipset motherboards are better and use current gen tech. and if you waited until broadwell you would most likely be dissapointed anyway so just go with haswell its only a 20 dollar difference between the 2 anyway
