i5-4670k vs i7-4770k in gaming performance

I am building a gaming PC right now and I have been struggling to actually find and stick with a definite processor to get. I've looked into so many other forums and people are saying i5 is better then at the same time people are saying i7 is better. I just want a flat out answer in which is fully better overall, thanks.

i5 is better bang for the buck.

You say this is a gaming PC, id recommend getting the i5 and spending the savings on a better GPU.

They will both perform the same gaming wise. The one clocked higher will be faster.

Depends on the game. In many they are identical unless teh game uses more than 4 cores.
