Hi! Will an i5 4690 (non K) bottleneck one gtx 970?

I5 4690
Gtx 970
1x 8gb hyperx fury
Samsung 850 evo

A 4690 will bottleneck no single graphics card on the market.
If you are feeling your numbers are wrong its because you are running your memory in single channel mode and forfeiting 13% performance. Buy another 8 gig ram stick.

Actually, the 13-15% performance loss going from Dual-Channel to Single-Channel only appears in memory intensive applications such as video editing and content creation, In everyday applications and gaming you'll only see a loss of 3-4% at most which negligible. You'll be fine.

Far Cry 4 is graphically intensive at best, you can run it with an Athlon x4 860K and still run it at a smooth +50 fps
