i5 4690 temp

Hi everyone I wanted some advice as to what this might mean, my i5 4690 is running at 65 degrees in the bios, isn't this too hot?

I have the same CPU non K version . Using stock cooler and 65-70C is my max stress temps . its way to hot for idle.

anything I can do right now to reduce the heat?

I should mention my set up, currently my PC desktop is next to my bed (right up close) and my legs are positioned on the other side so admittedly there's not much ventilation, wondering if this might help if I moved the PC

You can actually clean up your dust and repaste thermal.
