Question i5 4690k 100 degrees

We cleaned the computer case beautifully.. But we still take 100 degrees with stock cooler while %100 usage. How can we down this degrees. Thermal paste has changed. Overclock is not implemented.
Motherboard= Z97M-D3H
Case= XIGMATEK ASGARD 382 PURE BLACK EDITION 600W MidT ATX Black Case

The only reason this would happen is if the cooler is not making contact with the cpu. Make sure it is mounted properly.

Read instructions, how to reset Intel stock cpu cooler.
If it is not reset properly after removal/re-installation, then there will be improper contact between cooler and cpu.

Better option would be getting aftermarket cooler - like CM Hyper 212 Evo - for example. It will run quieter and cool better.

I'm sure the cooler is installed properly. I was install it wrong before and it was 80 degrees idle. Now I put it on properly, it is no more than 50 degrees idle.
