I5 4690K and MSI motherboard compatibility

I'm thinking of getting the i5 4690k and I have an msi csm h87m g43 corporate stable model (M-ATX). Will the processor be fine with the motherboard or will I need to do anything else before hand before installing the processor? Thank you!

Another thing I noticed was that the chipset notes intel h87 express and also z87. Does this matter? When I also plugged the motherboard and I5 4690K into partpicker, it said that "Some Intel H87 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs" Any thoughts? Or would it work if I install it without updating the bios. Thanks

it would be safer to just download the update also MSI's bios is a miracle since it has mouse support
