Hi everyone!. I have a few questions an I need your help!. I've read a lot of pots saying that there is no bottlenecking with this config and some that there is. What should I do ? OC my i5 will help? my mobo is an gaming 5(I got an 212evo t4). In bf1 I've an important FPS drop. For example in mirror's edge it's exelent 100-120 fps steady, but in battlefield 1 with preset in ultra my fps with V-sync drops to 55-50 (only online). So is the game ? or my rig ? Thank you!.

Solution
BF1 is a new game and it seems that everyone is having FPS issues which will surely be fixed eventually with updates/patches. If your other games are running smoothly then I would think BF1 is the issue. If for some reason the CPU is holding the GTX 1070 back then yes, overclocking the CPU would help.
Your CPU is fine, will not bottleneck your 1070 at all, seen same build playing Witcher 3 at 1440p at 60 fps majority of places. Also overclocks easy to 4.6 ghz, only problem i've seens is cooling may be an issue so expect temps to be quite high, if you plan on pushing it over 4.6ghz, and thats using evo cooler with push pull fan config.

8gb to 16gb will be a good upgrade. As far as overclocking that CPU I would try for higher then 4ghz, maybe try for 4.2-4.4 so it'll be a noticeable improvement but TBH the stock clocks should be fine and wont hold that GTX 1070 back.

Yes sorry. Is this one

Hi bro. Allright. I was looking for these ram..I really like esthetically and matches with my rig. But i'll go 4x4 1600Mhz quad channel.

Btw.. overclocking with the coolermaster T4 how match can I overclock it ? I think @4.5ghz will be too much.

I just like all the memory channels full haha😛. Is there any difference between that speed and 1600mhz? Because I searched on youtube and there isn't.

The difference in Mhz is very minimal on RAM, especially for gaming, if your upgrading just go with a matching set of what your currently have.

Yep I saw many vids and there is no difference. So.. back to oc should I overclock or no ?

Nah, the stock speeds are fine and wont hold back the 1070.

i5s are only dual channel, so makes no difference in performance if you use 2 or 4 modules. You need the X99 platform for quad channel.
