i5-4690k Overheating on insane amounts

65-70C at idle? Did anyone else notice that? You should reseat your CPU cooler, that's not normal.

That was the issue, after reapplying thermal paste it dropped to 35-40

Sorry for not keeping this post up-to-date, the issue was the thermal paste and the cooler itself, as of now I got a hyper 212 evo and I've overclocked my cpu to 4.4ghz and it holds stable temps that never go higher than 65 degrees.
