Hello, I recently parted ways with my i5 760 and EVGA P55 SLI and replaced it with an i5 4690K and MSI Z97 PC Mate. Im running it with a Palit GTX 560 Ti OC, 4x2gb ddr3 1333, and a 240GB Kingston SSDNow V300. I was running my 760 at 3.6GHz and with the new parts, I don't really seem to notice the difference when using my PC for internet browsing and gaming (BF4 64-man multiplayer, Shadow of Mordor, Assassin's Creed Rogue, and NBA 2K15. I was thinking that my 560 Ti is the culprit and it probably is a bottleneck for the 4690K. However, I'm also thinking if I should swap out my 4690K and motherboard for maybe an i3 or Pentium G3258 and an H87, B85 or H81 Motherboard and then I have enough balance to buy a newer graphics card - im thinking an R9 270 since my 560 Ti is already having a hard time with newer games due to its 1GB memory. I can return the items I bought from the store and exchange them with the other parts with a little greater than or equal combined price. What should I do? As much as possible I only want the price to go up around $20 max. I can also just keep my current parts and drain the remaining life out of my 560 Ti until it is REALLY time to upgrade the GPU.
