i5-4690k running hot

So i have a i5-4690k running stock at the moment and i have an Antec kuhler 650 installed. My temps are a bit high when running demanding games. The color gets red and the fans are making so much noise. My case is a raidmax scorpio V and i have fans installed. 2 at the top as exhaust and 1 on bottom and front for intake. Is it a case temp issue or is my cooler not installed properly.

What are your actual temperatures? Use HWMonitor or similar to find out.

If overclocked, what Voltage and Clock speed.
