I built a pc around a month ago standard specs:
4690k stock clocks
MSI z97 SLI Krait Mobo
8gb Corsair LP
WD Blue 1tb
Stock 4690k fan (might have to change)
S340 case
Cx600m

Its running fine but one day I jump into bios and the CPU running at 60 degrees Celcius this worried me a bit.
I usually run tests on a game I did the witcher 3 it ran at 81°c stock clocks. One thing to note is my brother knocked my pc down once, also My PC is currently in a hot room right now so thinking about moving it.

My thought is the CPU fan or the ambiet room temperature.

Solution
the heat sink may be slightly dislodged, I'd expect more than 81 in that case though, closer to 100. I'd say 81 is about right for a full load stock fan in a warm room. Is it a good temp, No, definitely not. get a good air cooler, it'll be cooler and quieter. hyper 212 if it'll fit.
