I am building a new PC and I am confused between these two processors. 5675C comes with Iris Pro 6200 Graphics which can act as a backup when/if in future my graphics card goes on RMA or something, specially when such things take a lot of time in India. But I guess 5675C doesn't come with unlocked multipliers, so I won't be able to overclock it, correct me if I am wrong. Whereas 4690k costs $100 less here and comes with unlocked multipliers but without Iris. So I am confused right now.

Some expert suggestions please!

Until today I never heard much usage of the 5675... I belive who want to have a good gaming pc, they will buy an good GPU and good CPU and they dont care about the internal cpu graphics...

I would go for I5 4690K, OC it and get an good GPU for it.

To my knowledge (anyone can correct me if I am wrong) CPU graphics is good for using the computer to check your email and not for gaming (unless you play card games), but I would much rather go for a CPU which is unlocked and can overclock, don't get me wrong the 5675C CPU does look fantastic! But are you willing to pay $100 more for something you can't overclock?

Thanks!

Actually Iris Pro 6200 is good enough to play games at average settings, that's why I was little bit confused there. Anyway, I think i will go with 4690k.
I forgot to add that I will be coupling it with a GTX 970.

Oh the 970 is very powerfull card. For sure go with the I5 4790K and dont even look to the iris pro. :)
