I have a problem when I try to render a video with Sony Vegas Pro 12.

My CPU load will go up to 94-100% and the temp rises to 98-100 degrees on all cores.
I have the stock fan installed on my cpu Motherboard.

So what I would like to know is, what is a really good cooler to fix that problem. Iam not really that technical but I understand you can also replace heatsink? And apply termal paste? But what fan cooler would you recommend? I am looking for the best ones out there, that also don't make that much noise. (money is not really a issue).

My Specs are:

MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
Intel i5 4790k

There are multiple ways to go. You can do air, AiO water or custom water.

If you go air there are a few very good coolers such as the Noctua NH-D14 (great performance I just hate the color of the fans) or the be quiet! Dark Pro 2.

If you go with AiO water cooling I suggest either the H100i GTX or H110i GT.

Then you can go with a custom loop but those can be expensive and I wouldn't suggest it for a novice.

Of course you need to make sure whatever way you go that your case can fit the selected cooling setup.

As for thermal paste, most coolers come with it. You will need to clean the old stuff from the top of the CPU using ISO alcohol (the higher the % the better) and then apply the new thermal paste unless it comes pre applied like...
