i5 6400 overclockable ?

Is it possible to overclock i5 6400 on
Medion h110h4-cm2 (mobo) with stock coller... if i can, can you please tell/help me how to ?

Nope - i5 6400 is not overclockable. Only Intel "K" CPUs (i5 or i7-xxxxK) can be overclocked. You also need a motherboard that supports overclocking.

I know that.. but i saw some videos on yt ... some guy was raising clock and not multiplier.

When Sky Lake CPUs first came out in 2015, ASRock released a BIOS for their Z170 where you could overclock a non-K CPU. Of course, Intel didn't like this and promptly made changes so that this couldn't be done. So, the videos are old and out-of-date, and you couldn't do it on an H110 mobo anyway.
