I5 6500 Skylake - showing only 3 cores

Hi. I bought a new pc and i got I5 6500 skylake in it and thats quad core.
However my pc shows only 3 cores . In BIOS , in msconfig , in CPU-Z.
Can someone help me ?

What options do you have on the device manager for the cpu?

Try disable C-state and P-state under CPU configuration in BIOS, save and exit. Check advance boot > check Number of CPU to 4 in msconfig.

Uninstall , update software .. i think everything.

Just disabled C and P state . Nothing changed. In msconfig i can change max to 3.

Ok i got it now .
All i did to fix it was uncheck processors in msconfig. Restart PC. Then in msconfig tab with 4 cores was suddenly there. THX for help everyone.

Ok i got it now .
