I5-6500 with H110 Chipset

Solution

You're perfectly fine. If not overclocking the MB is pretty much inconsequential.
Heres an article to set your mind at ease: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/msi-h110m-pro-d-lga-1151-micro-atx-motherboard,review-33661.html

Here's a comparision between chipsets as found on Intel's ARK: http://ark.intel.com/compare/90591,90595,90592,90590

To summarize, the differences are primarily in max RAM (32 vs 64GB) supported and how many PCIe lanes you get from the chipset (PCIe2.0x6 vs PCIe3.0x8). Neither of these are real issues for most users since most people don't use more than the 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes that you're getting from the CPU (unaffected by whichever chipset you choose) and 32GB RAM is good enough for most purposes.
In fact, I don't remember the source, but I remember reading a few benchmarks that the H110 can actually outperform (by like a percent or two) the H170 for most users.

Edit: Hlsgsz has the source I mentioned: Tom's Hardware MSI H110m Pro D review
