it is more than enough cpu for the card. the cpu could easily handle 1080 sli so a single 1070 is no issue for it

i don't speak russian and can't decipher what it is trying to show just by the specs on the screen. but the fact is that the 1070 is as strong as a 980ti or titan x. those have been around for a long time now and there is no evidence showing a haswell i5 can't handle the gpu, much less the new skylake i5's that are a good 10-15% better.

so whatever it is he was trying to show, it is not right or being misinterpreted. can't address specifically what he is saying since i have no idea what he is saying
