I have an average of ~60 fps when I should have about ~100fps in games like BF1. GPU usage between 50-70%. CPU usage 90-100% Framerate sometimes drops to 40fps. GPU temps about 70ºC and CPU about 50ºC. I saw a lot of youtube videos with simmilar setups and they are all getting an average of 100fps in 1080p even with constant high CPU usage. Some people told me it could be bad RAM. Windows 10 PRO is installed and all drivers are updated. Please Help 🙁

Solution
I had a 6600k and a gtx 1070, my cpu was overclocked to 4.5ghz and bf1 was still using 100% of all 4 cores, but my fps were much higher then yours, so try overclocking it.
and only 1 ram stick is possibly hurting your performance
If CPU usage is 100%, you're seeing CPU bottlenecks. A modern i5 is adequate for 60fps gaming in a majority of new titles, but games are starting to get better-threaded and for this reason I recommend i7's to those who can afford them. An i7 6700 system is both cheaper and faster in new AAA games than an overclocked 6600K.
