i think my cpu is somehow bottlenecking my gpu, i tested it on the witcher 3, in novigrad the cpu usage is 100% while gpu usage goes down to 70%~80%, i tried ocing the cpu, no difference, the temps are normal, cpu goes maximum 65°c when its 100% usage, gpu goes up 75°c in full load, i tried turning the graphics the lowest i could, i got a boost of 5 fps in novigrad, 5 fps from the lowest graphics to ultra, makes no sense to me, in pubg when im in a moutain having a full vision of a big city, cpu usage gets higher and gpu usage gets lower, idk whats going on, tried getting the graphics on low, no difference in the fps

cpu: i5 6600k
gpu: gtx 1060 6gb
mobo: asus z170m plus
psu:tr2 700w thermaltake
ram: 8gb kingston ddr4 2400mh

Solution
Some games take advantage of dual channel mode. It depends on the game. Not having it is the only "flaw" I see in that system. If you are upgrading RAM, recommend purchasing either a 2x4GB or 2x8GB kit. Mixing and matching RAM is not recommended and can lead to system instability. This chance increases the more different the sticks are. Different capacities of RAM cannot be run in dual channel mode.

Besides that, the only other thing that would help is upgrading to a 7700k, overclocking, or both.

Hey, so i got the other ram stick, and the single channel ram was the problem, every game now running above 90% gpu usage, watch dogs 2 was running at 40%~50% gpu usage, aways above 90% now, the witcher 3 in novigrad, 99% gpu usage, so yeah, single channel was killing my system, thanks for the answers, it was really helpful!
